Installation specifications
The mating surface of the shaft must meet the h6 level tolerance and be kept clean. Follow the steps below during installation:
1. Remove burrs and rust from the surface of the shaft
2. Push the bearing axially into the installation position
3. Use a torque wrench to tighten the top thread (recommended torque of 12N · m)
4. Inject lithium based grease to 30% of the cavity volume. It is strictly prohibited to directly hammer the outer ring or bearing seat to avoid structural deformation
